It was very busy yesterday. We had quite a bit of email problem calls yesterday. Seems like there might be some kind of virus/spyware/exploit going around that attacks outlook express. No need to worry, the customers that called about problems have been moved over to ThunderBird email. You can get it from mozilla.org.
We didn’t just switch their email over to a totally new program. We also setup their spam filters in Thunderbird and installed some themes and plug ins we thought could be useful. Then we gave them a brief overview of different features between outlook express and Thunderbird.
Personally I have always used Thunderbird and think it is much better than Outlook Express.
